Julka was born on 16 July 2011 with a very rare congenital disorder - arthrogryposis (Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congenita).

She has multiple joint contractures affecting elbows, shoulders, wrists and fingers. She also has knee joint contractures and club feet. She must have suctioning performed all the time. Furthermore she has congenital cataract. Her rehabilitation was stopped due to pneumonia, which together with her funnel chest led to serious breathing problems - at present Julka cannot breathe on her own: she had tracheotomy performed and now is on mechanical ventilation.

To make sure Julka can have a worthy life in the future, she needs intensive rehabilitation and to go to rehabilitation camps, therefore we ask for your help.

On the basis of an agreement, Słoneczko Foundation raises money for Julka's rehabilitation.
